I'm attending an ornament exchange with some of the ladies that I work with. I purchased my ornament a while ago and figured I'd just put it in a gift bag and be done. But while I was shopping for some other things I came across this cute tin. It was perfect for my ornament.I wanted to personalize it just a bit.
Merry Christmas was cut from the Celebrate with Flourish lite cart at 1 3/4".

Baking
When I'm at work and we're slow, I flip through the recipe magazines that we had by the check outs. One day last week I found a recipe for Cheesy Chili Tots.. It sounded delicious so I copied down the recipe to try. Since I was off yesterday, I decided I'd make it for dinner.
Today was the vote for our union contract for work along with the political elections. For the union vote, we had to go out to Bridgeton... We left at 7am to get out there and get back before James had to be at work. We spent an hour in traffic there and back just so I could walk in, check a box and walk out. We made the most of it though. But since we were up so early, I was full of energy when I got home so I decided I'd bake this Gooey Snicker Cake that I've wanted to try.
It turned out really pretty! I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that but it is super rich regardless.
